·Design assistance for wedding ceremony program
·Choreograph and conduct the wedding ceremony rehearsal
·Provide coordination before and during the wedding ceremony
·Ensure ceremony venue is set up according to your expectations
·Work with ceremony vendors and handle all last-minute details to
ensure a seamless ceremony
·Complete wedding day schedules including minute-by-minute timeline, as well as an
Event Schedule for the wedding party and involved family and friends
·Act as point-of-contact before ceremony and through the reception events
·Work with selected vendors to ensure understanding of your needs to meet your desires
·Compose and confirm final vendor timeline and contract information
·Collect important items (such as toasting flutes and cake knives) and ensure all gifts are
transported to a secure location
